Well-equipped Facilities Our conference rooms offer all the services and amenities required for successful meetings—including full audio/video capabilities, ceiling-mounted projectors and screens, and an excellent sound system. You’ll find everything you need to collaborate and communicate, from basic flipcharts to Internet-access.

Flexible, Versatile Meeting Spaces The main conference room can be divided into two or three separate meeting spaces, each supplied with its own AV and sound equipment. We also offer a Board Room that accommodates up to 100 people in theatre-style seating.

Quality Food Service Good meetings need good food, and that certainly is one of our strengths. The selection is wide, so every attendee can find something to please. For business dinners, breakfast meetings, or any kind of meeting with meal service, we offer a wide range of banquet options at the Carlisle Inn that feature the Amish Kitchen Cooking of Der Dutchman. The Conference Center seats up to 450 at tables arranged banquet-style. In off-peak seasons, the restaurant also offers 3 private dining rooms with family-style or buffet service for groups of 30 or more.

Meeting planners are always pleased to discover that even the biggest group can break, be served a hot lunch, and arrive back at the meeting rooms ready to work in about 45 minutes. Whatever your food and beverage* needs, our experienced staff is ready to cook up just what you ordered—from bountiful breakfast buffets and box lunches to elegant banquets.
