Anticipating the morning rush, our bakers have been busy in the Der Dutchman kitchen all night—baking pecan rolls, glazing dozens of made-from-scratch doughnuts, and making apple, cherry, or black raspberry honey cream cakes. The biggest draw for the day’s first customers could easily be the cinnamon rolls, baked in the wee hours and then crowned with a swirl of caramel frosting.

Nearly 20 different varieties of Der Dutchman’s legendary homemade pies are mixed from scratch and baked on the premises every day.
